Working on the subtle body through movement & breath
Qi gong is an ancient practice aligning breath, movement, and awareness, for exercise, healing, and martial arts training. It is a deep energy practice circulating the Qi and connecting us from the gross to the subtle. Qi- Gong philosophy has roots in the I Ching, Taoism, Buddhist schools of thought, Traditional Chinese Medicine and Classical Five Elements. Some of these concepts will be woven through the classes, but I will also supplement blog entries on the philosophy, for those who wish to go deeper into the philosophy of the practice.
In addition to Complementary Medicine I also teach Qi Gong classes online via Zoom.

Tai Chi and Qi Gong have been part of my daily practice for over 20 years. I have found this ancient practice to be of great benefit to me and it is a pleasure to teach and share this practice with students.
